When can I move in?

You can move in anytime during our access hours, 6am-10pm by using our website to rent online. Upon successful rental (payment & e-sign lease agreement) you will be sent instructions on how to access your unit!

Alternatively, you can call or come into any of our locations during office hours to choose and rent your unit.

Can I do a move in without coming to the office?

Yes, you can move in online anytime of the day, and you will receive a temporary access code immediately after a successful rental with email instructions. The next business day, someone from our team will reach out to set-up your custom gate code.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10 day notice before you move out.

What is the move out procedure?

When you are done with the unit, it needs to be swept clean and the lock needs to be removed from the latch. Before leaving, close the latch in order to turn off the light inside.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis with no long term commitment.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours (6am-10pm, 7 days a week).

How do I make a payment?

You can pay online, in person or over the phone. Phone payments can be taken 24/7. If you call us and reach the phone menu, press 2 to make a payment (keep in mind you must call the correct office to make an after hours phone system payment). Do you have autopay?

Yes, we do have autopay and we recommend using it in order to minimize the chances of having late fees and losing gate access.

How do I set-up my online account?

Go to eagleeyestorage.com/pay-online and select your location.

Underneath the Log-in area, press “Create account”

NOTE - When typing in your unit number, be sure to type it in as it is shown on your receipt. If you do this incorrectly, you will not be able to register an account. Typically this is your building letter followed by 3 digits with leading zeros. Example: B003 would be valid, but B3 would not be.

What forms of payment do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Size Guide tool on our website or call our office to speak with a storage professional for advice. If you have the ability to come to the office during office hours, this is the best way to ensure that you’re renting the correct size unit.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, gardening soil, fertilizer, birdseed/animal feed, perishables and food stuff. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.

Can I park multiple vehicles in a single parking spot?

We only allow one vehicle to be parked per parking spot.

Do I need to provide paperwork to park a vehicle in a parking spot?

We do require a proof of ownership for the vehicle that is in your name. This can be in the form of a title, registration, bill of sale, or insurance card.
